Many Saint Stephen School students attend prestigious area private and parochial schools after graduation. Some of the schools include: Sacred Heart Academy, Mercy High School, Laurelton Hall, Notre Dame of West Haven, Notre Dame of Fairfield, Xavier, Fairfield Prep, Hamden Hall and Cheshire Academy. A number of students are accepted into AP courses and Honors courses.

2006 graduate Mark Ferraro is currently a Junior at Notre Dame High School. On January 15, 2009 , Mark was inducted into the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society. The ceremony took place during the Junior Ring ceremony. Congratulations Mark!
Congratulations to Ricky Funaro (2006/left) and Brendan Lewis (2007/right). Ricky was inducted into the National Spanish Honor Society and Brendan into the National Honor Society on November 16, 2008. Both currently attend Xavier High School.
